Registration

Registration is now open!

Please enter all requested details on the registration form, and submit this registration form no later than September 11 to:

Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment in order to be processed. Declined credit or failed cheques are considered non payments and registration will not take place. No registrations can be accepted by telephone. If you send this form by email, please also send the signed form by fax or post. Your registration will be considered binding and final as soon as you receive a confirmation of payment. The registration can only be confirmed after receipt of the total amount. Registration on-site will not be possible. All conference documents will be handed out on site at the registration desk. Please indicate on the form whether you will be attending both days, or only a single day (for catering purposes).

Payment details: The conference fee of £45 includes admission to all conference sessions, lunches, teas/coffee breaks, evening buffet and abstract book. Payment options are:

• Credit card payments are possible as long as there are no charges to IFR. The instructions are:
  provide full details of the card (number, expiry date, name, address). Also, the signed registration forms are needed before payments can be processed. Please use the new version of the registration form, which has that payment option added.

Please quote reference "CampyUK2009 / 20805-000-P" and ensure that you put your name on the transfer or back of the cheque.

Payments should be made in POUNDS STERLING and without charges to the beneficiary.

Please note: accomodation is not included in the registration fee! All delegates wil have to arrange their own accomodation, see this page for more information.

Posters

Posters have to be in portrait orientation, no larger than A0 (120 x 80 cm). Please note that A0 or larger landscape posters will NOT be allowed, as these will block adjacent posters.
