About the Food Allergy Portal
The aim of the Food Allergy Portal is to become a valuable
resource for the identification of quality information covering
the area of food allergy.
The Food Allergy Portal contains a collection of critically
assessed web resources. They have been evaluated by experts
and are presented according to their target users. The four
types of user are:
- General Public
- Young people
- Scientific Community (Medical & other research)
- Food Safety specialists (aimed at regulators, industry
& labelling)
