Image analysis sequence of lag and germination of Clostridium Botulinum were provided to Dr Mark Tamplin (ARS-USDA Philadelphia, USA) and to Dr. Peter Rådström (University of Lund, Sweden) to include in their lectures to students on spore germination and for publication in

The variability of lag times has been discussed during workshops of the predictive modelling database ComBase.
