scientist with gel plate

Tuesday 13th March 2012

Institute of Food Research

Doors open 18:30 for 19:00 start

The scientists of the future step up to the plate to tell you what they are working on, and you get the chance to vote for the project you think should get further funding!

Most of us would like to know why there is a new cold every winter, but then again how do we talk to bugs that live in our guts or how do dying cells help wheat fill it's grain and how do plants make 'unnatural' natural products?  To find out come and listen to our students, many of whom will be talking about their research for the first time, alongside their supervisors.  So come and support the rising scientific stars from across the Norwich Research Park.
