Registration fee: £150, which includes conference materials, refreshments and buffet lunches; valid for both the workshop and the conference.

One-day-registration: £75.

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference.

Cancellations

Substitutions: any time.

For registrations made before or on 10 May 2008, provided written notice is received by 19 May, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. For later registrations, a 50% refund will be given, provided written notice was received by 7 June 2008. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 7 June 2008 or for no-shows at the conference, no refund is available.
