Research interests
- comparative proteomic analysis of campylobacter, in particularly the influence of environmental factors. e.g. oxygen, iron, on strain variation and growth.
- the relationship between transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomic data.
- the application of proteomic technology in the laboratory with emphasis on the quantitative fractionation of samples prior to ms-based identification procedures.
