Research interests

I am intetersted in the exploitation of IFR's science for socio-economic benefit and in working with industry.I have a particular interest in staff devlopment and training.

Scientifically I had an interets in micro-spectroscpic and imaging techniques, particularly infrared imaging applied to biological systems. I was also interested in the relationship between the molecular structure of biopolymers and the functional properties of biomaterials.
