Research interests

Professor Tim Brocklehurst is the Head of the IFR Food and Health Network and the IFR International Office.  He is delighted to be a Visiting Professor at London South Bank University, UK, and is a PhD examiner at universities in Belgium, Denmark, The Netherlands, Spain and the UK.  He has published over 100 papers, book chapters, conference proceedings, patents, "popular" articles, and training manuals, and is a Member of The Peer Review College of the Danish Council for Strategic Research.  

His interest in the mechanisms of Knowledge Exchange has resulted in him leading the Networking activities at IFR, which involves linking with international academia, Institutes, universities and funding bodies through the IFR International Office and international industry through the IFR Food and Health Network.
