Dr Thomas Wilhelm
My main research interests are the integration and statistical analysis of biological data, dynamical modelling of biological systems, analysis of biological networks and chemoinformatics
BBSRC (Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council), our main funder, defines mathematical biology as ‘embracing bioinformatics, modelling and statistics’. We are active on all three of these areas, especially systems biology, omics data integration and analysis, as well as dynamic modelling.
