Food Security

Food security is an increasingly important, multi-faceted issue. There are numerous view points, and some of these are highlighted in the documents that can be reached on the links below. An important aspect of food security is the minimisation and exploitation of waste material from the agri-food chain, whilst enhancing the production and delivery of safe and nutritious foods.
